Digital Time Travels

The Digital Time Travels Project is an interdisciplinary initiative which aims to develop and evaluate computer based methods for the mediation of cultural heritage information. Researchers from humanities, architecture and natural sciences work in close collaboration with museums, and other cultural institutions to develop and evaluate interactive installations and web applications which utilize existing and new technologies to deliver attractive and informative information about the past to museum visitors and web users. The development of a multi-medial model of landscape development over the last 12.500 years has formed part of the project’s work.
